Why do I have to complete a form?
It claims my phone number is invalid.
There are no convenient times for my town.
Why can't you just call me to schedule?
There are some areas I go to periodically but not frequently enough to include on the schedule. Please send me an email or call instead.
Why do I have to complete a form and log in?
You will have an online account only you may access. It will have your complete service history, and notes made about your piano, serial #, age, condition. Also, it's the only way to be sure that your appointment is really yours.
It claims my phone number is invalid.
You must include your area code with the phone number. It works with either format: 819-776-3005 or 8197763005 . It must include the area code to work.
There are no mutually convenient times for my town.
If there is no creative way to schedule, we'll have to do it the old-fashioned way and talk 'live' on the phone. You might also consider having someone meet me there to allow access to the piano, or plan to allow me access with the use of a key or special instructions, etc.
Why can't you just call me to schedule?
If online scheduling is impossible for you, I would be happy to call . For 25 years up to 2 hours per night was spent returning calls, booking, confirming, often at the end of 10 to 12 hour road days. Online scheduling is a better way for everybody.
